Added by Me at 05 April 2010 10:19 4 pts
Government recently announced that there will be big investment in land in Sungai Buloh area. Would you think this will have a positive impact to the properties in the area? I wish it would, coz I just bought a house there :-)...

I am currently staying in Kota Damansara(used to be under Sungai Buloh), double storey terrace bought from PKNS at RM120K 12 years ago, now it's valued at RM600K.
Through the years of staying around this area, (my office in in Sungai Buloh) the development seen is quite impressive. They have upgraded the roads that links Sungai Buloh to Shah Alam, areas nearby like Subang Bestari is also picking up pace in the price tag. My son bought a place in Subang Bestari at RM320K only 5 years ago, now selling at RM500K. Soon I believe it would be difficult to find a landed property that will cost less than that around the area.
Along the Sungai Buloh - Shah Alam road, there's Denai Alam, also another good property investment that I am currently looking into.

i think puchong will be a better place to get property. public transportation might not be a main factor but you'll get less traffic...

if you already bought a house there, then you're in for good, since I think Sg Buloh is already the target of development. I have some friends buying in Sg Buloh too, been to their places, and personally think that it's a very good place to stay or invest in.

> 6 to tell you the truth, i don't think kajang will get any bigger soon. there's oo much competition in the kiara/damansara area, as these have more attraction in terms or brand and location wise. unless you want a really big house with a big lawn, then maybe i would not recommend kajang.
